I loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel's common areas. The decoration was filled with vintage furniture and beautiful artwork that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, and I especially appreciated the comfortable seating areas where I could relax and chat with other guests. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. The staff was always ready to assist me with any needs, and there were no stairs to climb, making it easy for me to move around.
I would have preferred if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior people. It would have been nice to see them offer assistance or provide services specifically tailored to the older guests.

The rooms at Old Town Homestel were really cozy and comfortable. I loved how they had air conditioning, which made it perfect for me as a disabled guest. The tile/marble floor in the twin room added a nice touch too.
Personally, I didn't really use the kitchen in the double room.
